Welcome to Cat's Kennel.  My name is Cat's Billy Boo, better know an Boo.  I would like to tell you a little about our family.  My Mom, Cathy Ann Taylor (CAT), started raising AKC show dogs in 1983 after Dad (Eric) brought home Cat's Candy on Trick Or Treat night.  Mom had been wanting a Doberman for years and Dad thought that would be a good birthday present.  At the time they were just dating.  Candy cried at first until Mom let her sleep with her.  Dad did not know Candy should have stayed with her mother until she was at least six and better 8 weeks old.  Candy was barely five weeks old.  Candy's lineiage produced many show puppies.  One of her last great grandsons earned 9 points, and came in 3rd at Madison Square Gardens.  He later had to stop showing due to stress and he was retired.
In early 1999 mom got her first Maltese and was hooked on little white furbies like me.  She says Maltese are like Lay's Potato Chips, "You just can't have just one"!
We all live on a farm in NW Ohio with cats, horses, and chickens.  Mom had been working on our new room.  It is really big!  Lots of room to run and play in when she shuts us out of the main part of the house for rough housing too much ;)  Mom and Dad are working on a new concrete play yard for us so we can stay neat and clean.  Some of my daughters and sons are showing this season and she says it breaks our coat if we get it dirty.
I have a little brag:  My son Cat's Magical Rising Star (Bo for short) got two blue ribbons at his very 1st show!  His sister Cat's Magical Snow Angel, better know as Shelbey also got two 1sts first time out!  And last but not lease Cat's Magical Vision In White, Brittney got a 2nd and 3rd behind the Best In Show dog at the same show.  Pritty good for the first time don't you think?
Well thanks for visiting us and come back again to see how my kids show career is going.
