However, it is understood that the puppy/dog is a good representative of the Maltese breed, and structurally and temperamentally suited as a companion and /or obedience dog. The above named puppy/dog is guaranteed for 7 days to be free of any health problems; however, it is required the buyer have the puppy/dog examined by a veterinarian during the first 3 days of ownership. Should the result of this veternary examination determine the puppy/dog to have any health problems, Cat's Kennel will refund 100% of the purchase price to the buyer upon return #1[: in the same condition as when transfered to the buyer: No hair cut, well groomed, Not altered (spay/neutered) in any way], of the puppy/dog to Cat's Kennel with written verification from the veterinarian. During the first 30 days of ownership, should the buyer become dissatisfied with the puppy/dog for any reason, Cat's Kennel will refund 100% of the purchase price to the buyer [#1 applies]. Cat's Kennel reserveds the right to deduct any and all veterinary expenses incurred by Cat's Kennel from this refund if and when said expenses are determined to have been caused by the buyer. The BUYER agrees that neither he/she or thier agents nor the BUYER'S estate/executors may sell this PUPPY/DOG or transfer ownersip of this PUPPY/DOG without the BREEDER'S knowledge and written consent. The BUYER also herby agrees that if at any time the Buyer cannot take proper care of the puppy/dog, the BUYER must contact the BREEDER and the Breeder will have the first choice to either; (a) take the Puppy/Dog back or (b) assist the Buyer in finding a suitable home for the PUPPY/DOG. The BUYER agrees to notify the breeder of any changes of address during the PUPPY/DOG'S lifetime. By signing this contract, the BUYER agrees to never release the Maltese puppy/dog to any animal shelter, dog pound, or research facility. The purchaser agrees that should the occasion arise whereby the byer no longer desires ownership of the puppy/dog, the puppy/dog will be returned to Cat's Kennel. Any reimbursement of fees for medical condition of Lusating Patellas shall become null and void if the puppy/dog is allowed to jump off of furniture and or run stairs. Cat's Kennel aslo guarantees the above named puppy/dog to be free of any and all life threatening hereditary defects, which cause the puppy/dog to be unfit as a pet to the buyer. This guarantee shall apply for a period of 60 months (5 years) from the date of purchase. a certified veterinarian must verify, in writing, any such claim of hereditary defects. there is no other guarantee, either written or implied, other than the guarantees defined in this contract. |
