| Page 2 Applicable____ Not Applicable ____ In the event of such an occurence as describved above, Cat's Kennel will replace the puppy/dog, at no cost to the buyer (excepting shipping costs) within 12 months from the date of the certified veterinarian's verification. By signing this contract, the buyer agees that this puppy/dog will not under any curcumstances, be used for breeding purposes. the buyer further agrees that the puppy/dog will be spayed or neutered by a licensed beterinarian prior to the puppy/dog reaching 12 months of age. The buyer also agrees to provide Cat's Kennel with written verification from a certifed veterinarian that the spay/neuter procedure had been completed. AKC Registration papers and /or ($250 non-returnable deposit) will not be provided (or returned) to buyer until Cat's Kennel has received such written notificatoin from the certified veterinarian. This puppy/dog is being sold with limited registration or no regisration, the BUYER agrees that the dog will NEVER be bred for any reason, planned or unplanned. If the dog is bred, either by mistake or design, the Buyer shall pay upon demand the sum of $6,500. in damages to the Seller. It is understood that this provision is to protect the integrity of the Seller's dog bloodlines and/or the health/welfare of the dog. It is furnter understood that the dog and any puppies resulting from any breeding will be released to the Seller for no monetary or other dompensatoin of any kind. Any necessary paperwork (including registration papers) will be signed by the Buyer and provided to the Seller for the transfer of the dog and any puppies. IN THE EVENT OF LITIGATION TO ENFORCE AGREEMENT OR PROVIEIN THEREOR, THE PREVAILING PARTY, IN ADDITION TO OTHER RELEASE AWARDED, SHALL BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES, INCLUDING FEES AT TRIAL AND UPON APPEAL, IF ANY. FILING OR ANY SUIT MUST TAKE PLACE IN VAN WERT COUNTY, OHIO. A PENALTY FOR EACH BREECH OF CONTRACT.
